Another older guy could be Ben Affleck - he generally handles the good guy roles well and seems to have a knack for it. Teenagers: Haley Joel Osment - he hasn't been in too many movies lately, people are going to want to see what he does next. The other teenager I don't know, but you may want to go with someone like Matt Damon or something - he is versatile and can play both mature and young roles at this point.
